Group Quality Assurance Manager (f/m)

Responsibilities include

• Development and maintenance of the Quality- and Environment Management System according to ISO 9001 and 14001, as well as OHSAS 18001

• Defining and monitoring quality objectives and KPIs

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the mageba quality system on the basis of objectives and audit analysis

• Planning, coordinating and conducting internal system-, process- and product audits

• Planning, coordinating and conducting supplier audits for products and services

• Support on international customer audits

• Recording, analysing and monitoring quality improvement needs and efforts

• Coordination with sales, project management and production on non-compliance and exception management

• Assurance of group wide welding supervision

• Functional management of QA representatives at international subsidiaries

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (FH, ETH)

• Solid QA education

• 5 years of experience in a similar position with proven track record of impact and achievements

• Full proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)

• Advanced IT application skills

• Outstanding organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit and result driven execution

• Willingness to undertake business trips

• Strong aptitude in taking ownership and self-driven problem-solving

• Experience in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
