Reporting directly to the general manager, you will be managing all products and services related to seismic devices with respect to the successful tendering of these products and services, as well as ensuring the proper execution of such projects. On top of that you will further support the development of products and services together with your team and external partners, which includes defining a long-term strategy together with top management as well as its implementation.
Offer management (preparation and follow up) and project management of awarded projects, together with the responsible Area Managers
Support the Director of Seismic Devices based in Mexico, and assist with the coordination with the seismic devices teams around the world
Seismic Devices supply chain management including product management, supporting the management of relationship with partners, suppliers, engineers and universities
Support the conceptual organization and coordination of group-wide trainings, presentations and other Marketing activities related to seismic devices
Assist the development, improvement and implementation of processes, templates and other material required for the successful execution of seismic devices projects
Support international subsidiaries in offers, projects and general business development for seismic devices applications world-wide
Assist in the further development of business strategies, implementation of initiatives and reporting of strategic business development to the general management
Master Degree in Civil Engineering with further education or experience in Structural or Earthquake and Engineering (a Master or Ph.D. in Structural Engineering with a focus on Seismic Devices is a plus)
Entrepreneurial, self-organized, proactive and well-structured professional
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position(Seismic protection of bridges, buildings, oil platform, power plant, etc.)
Full proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), other languages (especially German) is a plus
Outstanding organizational skills
Experience in dealing with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong aptitude in taking ownership and problem-solving
Willingness to undertake business trips. Travel approximately 10% of the time
